Our team of expert photographers and designers check that the photograph you sent can be produced at the size you want.
Using special UV stable inks, we use a rare process called dye-sublimation to create your picture on artists canvas, stretched around a solid wooden framework. Complete with fittings, your picture is then ready-to-hang, put into its special delivery box and delivered to your door by secure courier.
We can produce and deliver a picture to you within 14 days, once payment has been received. However if you have a specific date you need a picture for it is worth contacting us. If you let us know, we'll do our best to help.
We take great care to produce and describe pictures accurately, but variations from our printed brochure due to printing inks, and from our online gallery due to screen viewing colours may occur. If colour is critical, please ask about samples.
Occasionally we need to crop or scale photographs to fit the canvas size you have chosen.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, please return the item to us and we will replace it or refund your money back in full. We are unable to refund bespoke ('make your own') items unless they were damaged in transit. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All our pictures are wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed securely to ensure safe delivery to your door.
We accept most major credit cards except Diners Club and Amex; you can also pay by cheque.
Our website uses a secure server, enabling you to make secure credit card transactions or if you prefer we can take your credit card payment over the phone during business hours.
We will send you an e-mail or phone to confirm your order once payment has been made.
